- Full payment for the term is required up front via bank transfer.  Please contact me for payment details.

- No refunds will be given - this includes but is not limited to: illness, school trips, injuries, dropping out of the course or any scheduled appointments. 

- All jewellery must be removed, including stud earrings and any religious jewellery.  If ears have recently been pierced they must be covered with micropore surgical tape during the healing process. Please remove jewellery before the start of school if your child is unable to remove it themselves.  

- PE kit must be worn and be tucked in. Alternatively, a leotard and shorts may be worn.  If the right kit is not worn then unfortunately the child will not be able to join in for safety reasons.

- Children must arrive on time for the class. 

- Please inform me if your child has any medical conditions or learning difficulties.

- If a child is disruptive they will be asked to leave the class for the safety of themselves and the rest of the class.

- By paying the fee for the course you are accepting the terms & conditions.
